Has my order shipped?
  Once you have placed an order, a tracking e-mail is sent so that you can track the shipping status and estimated time of arrival.

If you do not have access to e-mail please call our customer service department at 1-800-800-3141 to have them look up the order.

How do I track my order?
  Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your order tracking number and a link to the delivery service website.

NOTE: Orders to APO and other military addresses cannot be tracked.

When will my backorder arrive?
  You will receive e-mail notification when your back order is ready to ship. Your credit card will then be charged for the order amount.
